The objectives of the company are:

To carry the business of an investment and holding company, to arrange and to acquire majority shares, stock, debentures, debentures stock, bonds mortgages, obligation and other securities by tender purchase, exchange or otherwise and to subscribe for the same, either conditionally or otherwise and to guarantee the subscription thereof in companies the company is interested in.

To carry out the business of investment company promoters, concessionaires, merchants, commission agents.

To buy,hire, manufacture,sell, deal and trade in all kinds of produce, merchandise, metals, minerals, goods, stores, chattels, chemicals, properties and effect of any sort or kind and transact any or every description of agency, commission, commercial, manufacturing and mercantile business.

To import and export any materials whatsoever and any finished product which may be required for the convenient execution of any of the above objects.

To do such other things as may be deemed incidental to above object, or conductive to the attainment thereof or other respect to be advantageous to the company.
